Accommodating up to six guests, the sleeping arrangements include two queen-sized beds and a sectional sleeper sofa in the living area. The loft also includes in-unit laundry facilities and TVs in each bedroom and the living area. This pet-friendly unit allows you to bring your furry friends along to enjoy the space and the city with you. Parking is available at $25 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee, and guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation.
