    San Marin is one of the most popular residential tracts in the area. Well constructed, great designs and floor plans. Near shopping, theaters, freeways, and of course, the beach. Located in award winning George White Elementary School District. Rarely is there a need for air conditioning nor heating but is there is one of each on each level if one needs them.
