You will appreciate the ample space and cozy layout! This is not a typical rental home.. accepting tenant who is clean, neat/organized, and will handle with highest care home and its belongings. No more than 2 dogs or 2 cats only- must be well-trained and nails kept short and buffed and rounded so no sharp edges plz. I would like the tenants to enjoy a beautiful experience and create memories in my home. In turn, I appreciate the extreme care in all belongings. Tenants must have minimum 2 month cushion in assets to cover rent or $4800. Utilities of 12 mth avg of $400/month will be included as monthly rent (1950/month + $400/ month= $2350/month total monthly rent). If tenant uses less and utilities are less in any given month credit of difference will be given to tenant by 10th of following month as courtesy and only paying for what tenant uses. Hassle free- utilities will stay in landlord's name. If client's utility costs exceed $400/month, tenant will need to pay difference by 10th of following month. Copy of utility bills will be provided to tenant when this occurs. 1 year minimum lease. Tenant pays utilities.
