This is an old adobe apartment, built around 1960. Water comes from the Village of Tijeras water. There is a septic tank on the property providing that utility. The apartment has a heat pump minisplit providing heating and cooling. The woodstove can also provide heating. It is an open viga ceiling with brick floors. It is approximately 1200 sqft. It's located in Tijeras, NM, but is about 10min to Albuquerque as the interstate is nearby. Downtown Albuquerque is about 20 minutes away. There is a fenced yard. It's a bit of a work in progress, though. Pet Policy: Indoor cats only, with approval (maximum 2). Additional pet rent and/or deposit may apply. No dogs at this time due to ongoing yard and fence improvements. When inquiring, please include a brief introduction about yourself, who would be living in the apartment, desired move-in date, and employment/income source. Renter pays electric and internet. Water, gas, and garbage collection is paid by landlord. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. I'm open to a cat for like $25/month more in rent. Dogs not allowed. There is a wood stove. Tenant would be responsible for buying the wood. I'm open to durations less than 1 year, but it needs to be at least one month. I may charge a bit more for a 1 month stay to cover getting the apartment ready for the next tenant. A 1yr lease is welcome.
