As you are driving home from work and it starts to snow. Thank goodness I have a heated unground parking garage to pull into you think to yourself. You hit the button on the elevator and it takes you to the 3rd floor. You walk by other units until you reach the tranquility of your unit at the very end of the hall. I'm so glad that I am not by the elevator and don't have to listen to people come and go down the hallway you say as you put groceries away into the wall of cupboards in your spacious kitchen. A friend is coming to stay for the weekend and you are sure glad you have an extra bedroom that doubles as your computer room. It's nothing like your own master bedroom with 2 windows, a walk-in closet and attached master bathroom though. As you sit and watch the snow fly from inside your little globe you dream of summer when you can sit out on the balcony. This is the life! NOT A 55+ building. May be rented with association approval.
