Townhouse is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to walk downtown, Los Gatos High School, other Los Gatos schools as well via private entrance to Bella Vista. We use the private deck off of living and dining room year round and it is fantastic! Beautifully landscaped in front and back yards. Kitchen is quite nice, granite countertops and peninsula counter with stools for eat in kitchen. Very efficient. I am an interior designer and very much enjoy the efficiency of this home and how it flows. We love living here but are away quite a lot now that our kids are in college and we can work anywhere, which we do! So happy to rent our home while we're gone so others can enjoy!
