The open plan to the large living room gives a lovely, spacious feel. Washer-dryer hook-ups are in the central laundry room. In addition to attic storage space, there is a good-sized utility room adjacent to the carport. The backyard is surrounded by a privacy fence. I own a few houses in town and manage them myself, so you will not have to deal with an absentee landlord or management company. No Section 8; No smoking; No inside pets. Most outside dogs are acceptable. However, the insurance company does not allow aggressive breeds of dogs. I only allow one (1) pet. I require that renters have a stable job with gross income 3 times the $865/month rent ($2,595/month or about $31K/yr). All adults must have good credit -- typically my renters have a credit score over 700, but I am willing to consider cases where it is lower due to reasons other than not paying debts or it's over 600 and showing major correction progress. I also do not rent to anyone with a recent criminal record, including DUI.
