Small furnished A-frame cabin on a 20 acre farm property outside Whitefish. One bedroom upstairs, open living room/kitchen downstairs, bathroom, deck overlooking the mountains. We are looking for someone who can help with part-time property management tasks in exchange for reduced rent. Handyman skills required. Please include your experience with any inquiry/application. Our elderly mother with dementia lives in the main house on the farm, with caregivers coming daily. Tasks included with this position include: Eyes on the property for work needed Snow shoveling in winter (we have a plough, but steps, decks, etc) Garbage removal to dump Weed control Insect/pest control Checking in on her when caregivers aren't there $1000 includes utilities. Must be comfortable with dogs - she has two. 6 month minimum. Longer term possible. No smoking inside the house. Pets are negotiable, but they must be friendly with other dogs. Rent includes utilities. Part-time property management tasks required.
