The renter pays for all utilities and for any damages. Late paymemts over 5 days will be charged a 50 dollar late fee for every 5 days late. If rents isn't paid within that month the renter will have a notice to move. The renter will have to provide their own content insurance. The renters will have to pay their own electric and water deposit . They will pay their own utilities. The renters must maintain the lawn and not use the home for a business.
