Located right off of 26th Ave, it is easy to bike to Theodore Wirth Park (2 miles) or going the other direction to the River Road (2 miles) and Minneapolis Bouldering Project (2.5 miles). It is walking distance from Capri Theater and businesses on West Broadway Ave. The house comes with some very cute features including a built-in hutch and archway in the dining room, and a huge bedroom that takes up the entirety of the upstairs with a claw foot tub and reading nook. The backyard is fenced in and there is great bike storage in the front entryway and more storage in the basement and garage. Most of the furniture in the photos can be included but some will be put in storage, for example the music equipment and couch in one of the bedrooms.
