We have shower and water filtration for the healthiest environment we can create. Safe and quite neighborhood to enjoy. The house is on a quiet cul de sac that is very close to an incredible hiking trail (Oat Hill Mine Road). Nestled against the Palisades Mountains so the property feels isolated and quiet but is close to town. I've thought of every detail in the room so you won't want for anything. Bring your clothes and your toiletries and you're ready to live like you are on vacation in Hawaii! Utilities are included, as well as internet and some streaming services such as hulu. Non-smoker, no pets. This is our treasured home where we value our tranquility. You need not apply if you are not a person who endeavors to have their home a sanctuary. This is an incredible place to live...looking for an incredible tenant! This studio is fully furnished and I will not be unfurnishing it. Please do not ask for an exception. You must like animals as we have 2 lovely cats, a small dog and chickens. They are non-invasive but they do walk around the property. All utilities paid including internet and cable. No option for 3 months but I will consider a 3 month option but would obviously prefer a more long term tenant.
