Tenants pay all other utilities and are responsible for lawn care. And if you'd rather not take care of the lawn, I can give you the contact info for my landscaper. Gas oven, fridge, and washer-dryer combo are included at no extra charge. Will consider 1 - 5 month leases (at a different price which includes all utilities) for digital nomads, those who need a place to stay during remodeling or repair projects, or for those who are working on a temporary job assignment. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit and proof of renter's insurance, plus copies of vet records showing they are up-to-date on all shots and flea prevention. Middletown allows you to enjoy a small-town vibe while being within easy driving distance of both Dayton and Cincinnati. The Oregon District of Dayton is only a half hour away; downtown Cincinnati, including historic Over-the-Rhine, is only 45 minutes in the opposite direction. This property is not approved for any voucher programs. **Please do not ask.** Please note: this property comes FULLY FURNISHED. It's available to non-smoking and non-vaping tenants ONLY.
