House is pet free and kid friendly. I have OCD so no one has been allowed to ever eat, drink, or walk with shoes on the carpet home is in macular condition! The only thing that was not finished is the master bathroom which still needs a shower/bath installed. Will not do a land contract or rent to own, cash offers and or you must get financed through the bank. Home can stay in the park or can be moved to your own land. If it stays in the park lot rent is only $110 a month which includes lot rent and trash, utilities are separate. Gas bill has only been around $9-16 a month and my electricity/water/sewer has been at the highest $132.00.
