Ideally my renter will be single, or married couple, a traveling medical professional or those on assignment. I may be flexible with leasing terms/rent with the right fit, meaning the house will be taken care of, and left in the same clean condition as when you received it ;) This house is a modern smart home, but it's hiding behind cracking stucco/paint(s) job and unappealing curb appeal... but, it's super nice inside ;) Renter pays all utilities, one dog please, and preferably 25 lbs. and under. Non smoker. One vehicle parking space in the drive, and street parking available. I am flexible with move in dates and leasing terms. Background checks will be conducted.
