Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the 800 sq ft Wave Suite on the 2nd level of the Beach Cottage in Norfolk, VA. This pet friendly suite sleeps 4 guests and has two bedrooms, each with queen memory foam mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closet in each bedroom.. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 43" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. There is one fully equipped bathroom with 4 sets of bath towels, 4 sets of beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with basic cookware. Four beach chairs are provided in this unit. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided. This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require: -Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture -When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut. Guest access Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building. Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances. Guests will have use of the public beach access (only steps from the apartment). Other things to note House rules: Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Quiet hours begin at 11pm (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property) Check-in is anytime after 4PM Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors. MULTIPLE UNITS AVAILABLE!! 1 month to 6 months
