Excellent 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom first floor complex right by the downtown Stuart, the intercoastal, parks, and easy access to highway and toll road. One pet is allowed (but no dogs unfortunately). First/last/security due before move-in. Security can by broken up over 3 months if needed (I've been there). This one always goes fast so submit an application and all else equal, candidates will be judged based on order the applications were submitted. I will schedule an open house style showing for those that have submitted apps next weekend. I'm an independent landlord with 16 rental properties and try to treat my tenants with respect. I give you the handyman's number upon move-in to schedule any desired necessary maintenance at your convenience. I lived in this particular unit for 4 years when I moved to S FL...it's a great place. There's a pool, laundry facilities at the complex (and I put a W/D on the porch when lived there). Walk to the park. Run over the bridge. Live the S FL dream. Rent includes water/sewer/trash. Basic cable used to be included - I need to confirm. Either way they make you upgrade to get wifi...though it's quite minimal
