My wife and I are looking for someone to fulfill our lease at Treasures on the Bay Apartments in North Bay Village as we are moving south to Palmetto Bay. The apartment is one bedroom/one bathroom and is 925 sq. ft. Rent is $1675 per month, and the lease ends June 1, 2017. It's a beautiful, spacious apartment on the 5th floor with a nice kitchen, large bedroom, and huge living/dining space. Kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances and tons of cabinet space. Apartment has new berber carpet, floor-to-ceiling tinted windows, and central energy-saving AC. There are three closets (walk-in in bedroom), and a balcony with the bay visible. Laundry is on the hall, and water is included in the rent. There's also a pool, a gym, and ample parking (one spot included in rent) on site. It really is an amazing apartment in a great neighborhood on the bay. We hate to leave but are needing to move closer to work. This is a great option if you're looking for a short-term lease, or you'll have the option to renew in June. Apartment is available early December.
