I am a student looking to sublease my apartment at Liv+ Gainesville for the summer semester which includes May, June, and July. Rent includes a furnished room{bed(full XL), a dresser, and a desk}, and a full bathroom with an attached walk-in closet. Additionally you will have access to a shared kitchen and living room with all common household appliances {washer/dryer ,stove, oven, microvave, refrigerator, dishwasher} along with personal cabinet space. The living room has plenty of seating area and a 55'' smart TV. Water is included in rent and you will be responsible to pay monthly electricity bills. Covered garage parking is included in rent. The property is pet friendly and includes a dog park. Amenities include a pool and patio area with a jumbotron, grills, a mini golf course, giant chess, and an indoor/outdoor gym. You will also have access to study rooms and a common area where people from all over the property can hang out. Liv+ is located less than a mile from the UF campus and the walk there is very nice. The Owner pays for water and Renter is responsiblefor electric. Smoking is prohibited property wide. This property is pet friendly and includes a dog park.
