The room offers its own entrance, and private attached bathroom. Its perfect for people who love privacy. the room is furnished. basic furniture: twin bed and a light: Or you can bring all your own furniture. Mini fridge and microwave included. This room is great for student or military! Utilities (cable, wifi, gas/electric/water, use of washer/dryer 1 day per week) are extra: $99/month optional 1 x /week maid service (for an extra cost). Also luxury vinal floor, large closets. Street parking in quiet neighborhood. No overnight guests. No kitchen. No drugs, (this includes marijuana). No pets one day a week you can use the washer and dryer, (just bring your own detergent.) the HOA has a pool and tennis courts. you can use them. The best thing is the privacy- its like having your own apartment: you are secluded from everyone at the house because you get your own entrance, you can come and go as you please 1. Roommate must be clean; responsible. No smoking inside the house. No drugs, (this includes marijuana); Occasional drink is OK & guest are welcomed as long as they are not loud and leave by 9 pm (no overnight guests). 2. No pets (NO EXCEPTIONS). 3. This is for ONE person only.
