Our floating home is located directly on Lake Union. The home has gorgeous views of the downtown Skyline. There is ample street parking outside. We have a 2 tenant maximum. We are right on the transit line to downtown Seattle and walking distance from the Seattle street car. Just outside the marina is the Burke-Gilman trail which will take you to Fremont in one direction and to downtown the other direction. The home is somewhat new construction and in amazing condition. There is a rooftop patio as well which has views of Gasworks and of course 4th of July fireworks. There's also a peekaboo view of the Space Needle. Flexible lease terms. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for Electricity (billed quarterly, roughly $350/quarter. Renter is also responsible for propane tanks which power the gas stove/oven only. There are 2 5-gallon propane tanks. Boat parking is allowed up to 20' max length.
