This private studio is known for its charm and comfort. Three major grocery stores (Trader Joes, Safeway, Harris Teeter) are within a three block radius, three metro lines (green, yellow, and red) are within easy walking distance, and the White House is only a 20 min walk. You will be located near great restaurants, bars, and the best of DC culture. The building has three separate entrances and is generally very quiet. The apartment is on the third floor, was recently remodeled, and has beautiful newly refinished hardwood floors. Despite the central location noise is minimal; the apartment faces away from the street so outside sound is negligible. The unit is unfurnished and security deposit is one month's rent. For utilities, water is included, and internet (Xfinity) add-on for $30/month is available. A 1 year lease is available starting October 1, with flexibility to start as early as September 15. A one 1 year lease is available beginning October 1. I aim to be fair, flexible, and responsive with my tenants as much as possible, and appreciate applicants who can reciprocate that.
