Very wealthy board is taking advantage of the new condo law and assessing $80,000 and threatening more, even though the condo passed the 40 year inspection 5 years ago. Attached is the vague reasons with no estimates for jobs. It's an estimated amount, so they will probably ask for a lot more money. They already assessed me $30,000, which I am paying now. They refuse to provide inspection reports or any other documents that they actually legally must provide. The board is also monitoring every single visitor you have, and will question who is coming to your home. If you have someone live with you that is not on the deed, they will verify that the person is not helping you pay for anything, including FPL bill. Do not buy here if you have an emotional support animal. They are actively hostile towards esas, make snide remarks and send letters threatening to remove your esa based on false information.
