Very nice home in very nice community. Very clean and ready to move in. This welcoming home has a large living room and kitchen. New cabinet doors in kitchen. Updated bathrooms. New roof 2 years ago. Master bedroom is very spacious with master bath. Home backs up to Lake Alfred with a very nice walkway out to your own private dock. You need to see this! Our new club house is so fresh and inviting. Granite kitchen and new upgraded appliances. We started with new wells and septic treatment facility. So the lot rent includes water and sewer. The park owners then upgraded the lift station and office facility. The pool was the next item for the owners to fix and it is amazing. The residents are so happy with the finished touches. Our lot rent is a special surprise as we are a true senior park, the lot rent can only increase the cost of living. No extra percentages. Lot rent varies by where you are in the park, if you are on just a regular lot the cost is $580.00 and that includes your water and sewer also use of our boat docks that are next on the list to be rehabbed.
