Although we don't usually allow pets, we could make an exception for a well-behaved dog in this home as there are no carpets and there's a unique dog-friendly area for them. We would need to meet the pet and would require a pet deposit. We do require "Good" credit scores (at minimum) - as well as verifiable past rental and current work information. One month rent as a deposit is required. Lease can be renewed at the same rate if both parties are in agreement. PLEASE NOTE: This is a true 1800's home.
