A $250 non-refundable fee is required for each pet along with an additional rent of $30/month/per pet. Renter's insurance is required. Background checks are required at the expense of the applicant. Tenant screening criteria includes evaluation of any criminal history, previous rental history, income to rent ratio, credit history, and failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.
