Our property is centrally located near East Atlanta Village on almost an acre of land! We're just a 4-minute drive from EAV and Kirkwood, 7 minutes to Inman Park and the Belt Line, and 12 minutes to the square in Decatur. Downtown Atlanta attractions such as the Mercedez Benz stadium, Centennial Park, College Football Hall of Fame, and Georgia Aquarium are 10 minutes away. Atlanta's Hartfield Jackson International Airport is only a 15-minute drive. This unit features a kitchenette with the following amenities: a 3/4 refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an induction stovetop, a drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and pots & pans. The studio has a queen bed on the main floor and a second queen bed upstairs in the loft space. The upstairs loft area has a height between 4.5ft and 5ft, so adults will need to crouch a little. There is a brand-new washer and dryer in the guesthouse which is shared between the two units. We have a strict NO SMOKING rule at this listing. Loud music or loud noise is also prohibited. Lease agreements of 0-4 months have $75 utility fee monthly. Lease agreements of 4+ months guest is responsible for all utilities used (i.e. generally $100-150 monthly)
