You will be have a dedicated bedroom which I can furnish with a full bath. The second floor which is fully furnished is shared among the tenants and includes furnisher, a theater room, stereo, three refrigerators, dishwasher and large washer/dryer in dedicated closet. Utilities expenses are shared among the tenants. We have Verizon FIOS for high speed IT and premium channels. The two roommates work in cyber security. I do a background check.
