We're terminating our lease prematurely and are urgently looking for a new tenant to take over the lease until 03/31/2021 (7 months). The actual rent of the house is $3400 per month but we will subsidize with $500 per month for 7 months (in the form of a $3500 cash payment upon signing the new lease). In addition we will transfer the security deposit of $3600 to the new tenant. There is the option to renew the lease after the 7 months.
