Property can remain furnished with a wooden, queen size bed frame, sofa, dresser (inside walk in closet) kitchen table and 2 chairs As this is an older building, noise travels quite easily so...Important HOA rule for the building- Carpet rule applies regard-less of whether the unit was carpeted when shown or conveyed to you. Carpet means a THICK, CONTINUOUS, PADDED, WOVEN-FABRIC COVERING. It does not mean throw-rugs, carpet tiles, rubber, foam, bearskin, etc. This unit has wood floors, HOWEVER, the new tenant will need to be sure floors are 70% covered (does not include kitchen and bathroom) with good padded rugs or rugs laid on top of pads.
