    Property is being sold "AS Is Where IS", cash only. Needs a lot of work, seller will not do repairs, etc. Does have redeeming qualities: Lot is .47 acres and has an abundance of trees and cedars, shrubs, etc.; there is a lot of concrete curbing around the lane on either side, around the edges of the property as far as possible to tell, and this is a rather rare commodity, concrete front porch area seems in pretty good condition; circular center with shade tree and outlined in concrete curbing as previously stated; storage shed to back; roof has a nice curved appeal; kitchen window is rather nice looking with individual panes; large family room (2nd living room as they are now called) in the basement; 2 storage areas in the basement with utilities; bedroom wood floors seem in good condition considering. Note, pictures taken about 4-6 weeks ago so you can see that most of the trees and shrubs appear to be alive, some not as you can see. Orchard Valley has a close-in country feel and appeal all its own.
