The house is in need of repair and there's an issue with property access through neighboring lots as it is currently landlocked. I'm offering as is in the hope that someone local will be able to work through these issues and turn a profit on a flip. I'm trying to get back what I put in it but I'm flexible due to motivation to move it so I expect the possibility of taking a loss and have listed at less than my cost to acquire and do some fixing up before the location became too much to handle. This is a 40 acre property not just the home and was once an Ostrich farm so includes some infrastructure that still needs repairs or removal.
