Home has a new roof, very quaint property. The property is very close to conveniences, like stores and restaurants. It is close to schools and it is a great, quiet neighborhood. The yard is large and fenced in. The renter is responsible for paying gas and electric bills monthly, we will pay the water bill. Pets may be allowed but there is a monthly pet fee of $100. Tenant must maintain the lawn. There is no fee for garbage, there is a can there that the city will pick up. We will only do house tours after receiving an application. We are looking for someone who is willing to lease for 1 year!
