Very well Taken care of 1978 mobile home. Nice newer paint on the exterior. New roof, cold air and hot heat. Don't worry about the age of this one its got plenty of life left. Good windows, huge living room with a fireplace, big enough dinning area to seat the whole family. Perfect back yard covered patio for grilling or tinkering around.
