One parking space is provided for the apartment. A parking ticket is required to park at the building. If the parking ticket is not used, you are subject to tow. A parking ticket will be provided at no charge by the owner. If the parking ticket is lost by the renter, the cost to replace will be $50 which will be directly removed from the security deposit. The same applies to the beach gate key. If lost, a $50 charge will be incurred to replace it and automatically removed from the security deposit. No pets and no smoking are allowed in the apartment. Follow all pool rules as established by the Association and as seen on the "Pool Rules" sign. No chairs are to be left outside in the walkway in front of the apartment as this is against Association rules. Towels cannot be hung from the railing. These are rules that are subject to penalty per the Association. If the owner is penalized, fees will be deducted from the security deposit. A copy of the rules will be provided to the renter upon lease confirmation.
