It is located in the very nice neighborhood Mill Creek Estates and is a 2000 Stone Creek series that has 1,279 square feet. The roof is about 5 years old and air conditioning is less than 10 years old. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. Master bedroom has a shower, his and her sinks and a large garden tub. All appliances will stay with the home. The small bathroom floor needs replaced but an adjustment was made in pricing for this so buyer can pick out flooring and replace. I have had appraisal done and someone in the mobile home industry come in to look over the home and this price is very low and reasonable for the condition it is in. There would be lot rent required since it is on a lot rent property. Cannot sell on contract or rent. Neighborhood does have storm shelter available.
