Amenities: - ~1,000 square feet - Second-Floor Unit - One Bedroom - One Bathroom (bathtub and shower combo) - Office - Kitchen (with fridge, oven and stove, microwave, and dishwasher) - In-Unit Washer and Dryer - Small Utility Closet near Washer and Dryer - Large Linen Closet near Bathroom - Deck - Underground Garage Parking - Additional, Outdoor Parking in a Small Lot - Storage Unit (near Underground Parking Spot) - Some furniture: - Coffee table and two end tables in the living room - TV stand in the living room - Corner Desk in the office - Futon in the office - Mini-fridge in the office - Three bookshelves (one large & two small) in the office - Lamp - The condo complex is in a very safe part of town. I did not experience any issues while I was living there for three years. Additionally, the neighbors are incredibly nice, and more importantly, quiet. Just as with the area, I experienced no issues or problems with any of the neighbors. Pets: Unfortunately, and am very sorry to report, the association does not allow pets in the units.
