Owner pays for water, sewer and trash. Water bill is within reason. Tenants will PAY the difference in water bill if it exceeds $60/ month. Tenant pays all other utilities. TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LAWN CARE WHICH INCLUDES MOWING, and RAKING LEAVES AND ALSO SNOW REMOVAL. No pets allowed except for small caged animals. Absolutely no storage of items/ personal belongings on any of the balconies or porches. Such items will be removed if iILLEGALLY placed on balconies/ porches. THERE ARE 3 SECURITY CAMERAS THAT AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORD AROUND THE PROPERTY (FRONT, SIDE AND BACK). TENANT CANNOT HAVE UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS STAY MORE THAN 2 WEEKS WITHOUT LANDLORD'S APPROVAL. IF THIS HAPPENS THE LEASE WILL BE TERMINATED.
