All utilities are included! except for wifi, which all units share the cost for high speed service. There is a shared, coin operated laundry in the hallway. The photos show it set up two different ways from previous tenants so you can visual the space. One shows the main area set up with a king sized bed. That arrangement could also allow a small loveseat if you pushed the bed over to one side.
