    Close proximity to Samford, UAB, and Cumberland Law school. Located at the top of Old Montgomery Highway overlooking the valley between Samford and Homewood High School this location is perfect for young executives or graduate students looking to find a short commute to downtown Birmingham. I have owned this Condo since my days in college and have completely renovated the space with new paint, updated tile and luxury Vinyl Flooring just a few years ago. The residents are mostly families who own their condos so you will enjoy a quiet space. Loud partying is not an option so beware of this stipulation. There is a pool on the property and guests are welcome when accompanied by an owner/renter. There is one assigned parking spot directly in front of the unit and guests spots are available nearby. In order to apply you will need to have an excellent credit rating, references from your current landlord, and be able to pass a background check. One month's rent is required as a deposit and an application fee of $75. The lease runs 12 months long and renews every August 1. I have priced the monthly lease to be extremely competitive for Homewood and I fully expect to rent this property in a very short period of time. Although I love pets they are not allowed in this condo. Washer and dryer is included as well as a dishwasher. 12 month lease beginning July 20 No smoking in Unit
