WONDERFUL...the only word to describe this home! It's a 2001 home and yet the seller has redone the floor with 20 inch tile, a complete new kitchen with upgraded cabinets, 10'' deep sink, appliances and granite countertops! It has custom paint throughout as well as the windows have security screens that cost $10,000 alone...yes 10K in screens that stay!
