Internet is paid by Tenant. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. A mere 10-minute walk lands you in the heart of most Medical Center hospitals. The Houston Zoo and Hermann Park are also a gentle stroll away, perfect for after-work decompression. Inside, you'll discover three generously sized bedrooms, coupled with a versatile studio that can easily convert into a fourth bedroom. An attractive built-in wall bookshelf provides ample space for your textbooks, research materials, or favorite leisure reads. Two full bathrooms mean no morning queues, and an in-home washer and dryer take the stress out of laundry day. As for the exterior, a large yard offers a green retreat for those moments of relaxation or perhaps a weekend barbeque with friends. One of the yard's most endearing features is the family of blue jays who resides there, a delightful touch of nature right at your doorstep. With quiet community as your backdrop, you're assured peace and tranquility after a bustling day. Parking headaches are a distant memory with private parking space for up to two vehicles. Casita Azul echoes with the love of its former residents. Our aim is to connect with tenants who value its unassuming charm and are ready to continue the legacy of care and respect. Contact us today for a personalized tour! 6-month and 12-month lease terms available. $2,000 security deposit is required. Non-refundable $200 per pet security deposit required. Tenant must show proof of pet vaccination and spay/neuter. Housebroken dogs OK, no breed restrictions. Other types of pets require previous authorization. Maximum of two animals (including service animals) allowed at any given time. No pet should be left in the yard without human supervision. Tenant is responsible and liable for their pets. The landlord will cover all utility bills up to a specified cap. Any costs exceeding this cap are the responsibility of the tenant. Please refrain from smoking inside the house. No subletting, assigning, or renting to a third party without Landlord's written approval. This includes subletting, assigning, or renting parking and/or storage space. The person signing the lease must also live in the premises. Background check is required of all adults occupying the house. If anyone submitting to the background check has a criminal history involving hurting another human or an animal, their rental application might be denied. Max occupancy: 6 humans (regardless of age) + 2 pets Tenants must agree to Landlord's inspection of the premises at the midpoint of their lease agreement. Landlord pays for yard maintenance. Tenants must respect the wildlife in and around the house yard. Per HOA rules, please refrain from noisy gatherings past 10:00pm. No alterations to the property without the Landlord's written consent. Landlord's insurance does NOT cover tenants. Renter's insurance is highly recommended. Texas law governs lease.
