A refrigerator and dishwasher are included. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The complex accepts cats and dogs. It is a second-floor apartment, so no worries about noisy upstairs neighbors! It is also a corner apartment, so there are plenty of windows, as you can see in the photos. I truly believe this is one of the best places in the Riverside/South Downtown area. Please let us know if you're interested! We are breaking our lease because we are moving into a house, but you would not sublet from us, you would sign your own lease with the apartment complex, Bridge Hollow. The rent and security deposit for this listing are approximate -- the ones we currently pay -- and the complex might ask for more if rents have gone up. The apartment will not come furnished.
