Hello! We are looking to rent our lovely cottage home in Dunnellon as of January 1st 2026 for a 1 year lease term. Our one bedroom, one bathroom home is tucked away in a quiet residential area of Dunnellon and only .8 miles or a 10 minute walk from Blue Run. We have put a ton of love into making our house a home and it comes fully furnished with everything you may need including: - Kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes and dish washer - King size mattress and large walk in closet - Linens and sheets - Washer and dryer - Large backyard - A Samsung frame smart TV (looks like art when it's not on!) Rent is $1400/month (plus a $1400 deposit) which includes: - all utilities (water, sewage, trash pickup) - high speed internet. - monthly pest control - lawn maintenance Our ideal tenant(s) are mature, responsible, respectful and love and appreciate art and nature. Our home is best suited for a single or couple. Unfortunately, as it is a one bedroom and around 650 square feet it is not ideal for families.
