I normally charge $1,300 for this apartment but I am lowering the rate because of the restricted time period. This is a very cute and cozy apartment with a large front yard. It is recently remodeled, with a beautiful old softwood floor and great South facing windows. We have just installed new quality grass colored vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom. Although the apartment is in a four plex the other units are on the alley side so the entry feels like a single family home. High speed internet is included, as well as gas heat, trash, and water. The only utilities you'd have to pay are electric. This unit is furnished. There are a few pieces of antique furniture inside, including an old English library table in the living room and another piece in the kitchen. The is a large deck in the rear. First and last month rent plus a $100 security deposit are required. Cats permitted, but no dogs. I'll be in Portland during this period and will need the apartment upon my return. October 1 until May 31, 2019
