A small but fully stocked kitchen with sink, table top induction stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the pots, pans and dishes you'll need to not only make your meals but enjoy them. Just bring your towels! Full access to resort amenities, including oceanfront pool, and beach access! Six months rent maximum. 1 Month minimum. Stay longer and save: up to 3 months-pay only $1,100 per month. 3-6 months - $1,000 per month. Please note: the building is undergoing some renovations at the moment, including the main lobby area. This will not affect your stay at the room or access to any of the resort's amenities, but there might be occasional construction related noise. Note: there is a 12.5% tourist/resort tax charged on all short term rentals, as well as $100.00 cleaning fee at move out. Maximum rental term is 6 months. Rent for more than 1 month minimum and save.
