We call this place the "West Shade Ranch House" at Trickle Creek Ranch. Granddaddy Oaks shade this place in the summer with a country atmosphere and windmill right out front. The home has 2 bedrooms and a study with two bathrooms and a nice great room. The kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher and a large pantry. I don't provide the refrigerator. The Oak bar top and pendant lights separate the kitchen from the living room. There is a 10X10 storage/tack room on a concrete foundation and a nice covered entry deck. The yard is fenced and there is a 2 car carport as well. There is room for horses for an extra $250/month and I prefer to have a tenant that can make use of the horse facilities. In the country but close to the city and the lake is 3 miles away. I prefer to personally meet any prospective tenant prior to making application. There are 10 other tenants on this property and I like to be sure that I choose new tenants that will easily coexist. This is a nonsmoking property. Pets are allowed with an extra $50/mo per pet and an extra $200 added to the deposit per pet. The flooring is all new as well as paint and the heat and air system. Water, sewer and trash paid. Tenant pays propane and electric. Additional deposit for small dog or cat. No large dogs.
