Upper level single room with shared bathroom. We keep one room open in case one of our adult children comes home. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedroom is spacious and comes furnished; tempur-pedic bed, two dressers, spacious closet, electric fan and space heater (house is equipped with heat pump and central air), television on the wall (cable is extra charge to activate) (Free Wifi) and beautiful view from the bedroom window. Shared space: there are two living rooms, one can be used by the renter, dinning room, kitchen space, and the renter has a private fridge. Dry food storage space available. Spacious backyard but the hot tub is not shared property. Fire pit and table with umbrella for relaxing in the backyard. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Lease is month to month and can be terminated with a 30 day notice. Parking is available in front of the house but not in the driveway. No pets allowed (other than ours). The bedroom is a single room and guest are not allowed upstairs. No parties in or outside of our house allowed. No smoking, elicit drugs, or excessive drinking. We only ask for comprehensive communication and mutual respect. We offer month to month with 30 days notice to allow both parties to part ways if we find we are not a good fit. Renters are responsible for cleaning the bathroom, providing personal toiletries, cleaning the room and cleaning up after themselves when kitchen use is complete.
