Price on this one at $32,000 The scope of work from my contractor is below: Clean up landscaping. Driveway can use weed killer as well. Please fix or replace all broken or missing doors. Install smoke alarms on all loors. Many of the light ixtures were in need of repair or possibly replaced. Walls are in need of cleaning and many spots need patched as well. Probably needs painted as well Kitchen cabinets need cleaned and replace missing parts. Kitchen faucet is leaking and needs replaced. Flooring is in need of repair throughout family room, ireplace room, dining room kitchen, and stairs. Flooring in family room needs a new subloor. Can feel sublooring and front door only opens half way until it is stopped by the loor. Bathroom has leaked through to ruin tiles in the dining room. Bathroom sublooring needs replaced. New looring in the bathroom. Bathroom is in need of a thorough cleaning as well. Maybe able to save tub, toilet and vanity. Gutters were missing in several locations around the house. On the entry porch the roof is not attached properly at the post. The last step has a peice of wood that sticks up which could causes a trip hazard. The railing is missing a post and needs reattached. Windows throughout the house have been broken or need cleaned. may need to replace many of the windows. Basement has some water which could be ixed with gutters been installed correctly.
