Private room in my home, furnished, with your own bathroom. You must like animals as I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. The house is in a quiet family oriented neighborood. You would have access to the entire house and be responsible for purchasing your own food. Parking is available at the house. There is a laundry room in the garage for your use I also have ADT security system where you would have guest access to use. Please contact me with any questions or if you wish to come by and see the room. Lease term is 1 year with a background check. You must not have any evictions on your record and monthly income of at least $4500. The rent is $1150/month plus one-half of the utilities. I don't have cable, but do have wi-fi. I also have most streaming services you are welcome to use.
