This home has been fabulous for my family and I . We are in the process of moving in with elderly family in order to accommodate their needs and allow them to live out the lives in the house they have been in for 50 yrs. . I hate to leave our home it has plenty of room for all of us. The basement has a huge Office/spare room a small kitchen and laundry area bathroom with a shower sink and a toilet also has a huge family living area then off the main area is the utility room. Our house is used and well broke in . I have no intent of fixing or repairing any issues . So if your intent is to have every little thing perfect this house isn’t for you . I would call it move in ready myself . It will need a roof soon I’m guessing . I have had no problems but I’ve been there 6yrs and I believe it was aprox. 10-12 yrs old then. The house is set up for the basement to be the man cave or the she shed or the grandmothers moving in area. This area is not legally able to be living area due to not having an Exit other then going up stairs . You could easily put a door in or a window the appropriate size to call it another bed room . Nice neighbors quiet dead end street .close to the high school and the grade school . This property has a small yard which makes for easy to maintain landscape as well. Thanks for your interest.
